Shipping

Q: What is the delivery time for my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your delivery location. Please follow our Shipping Policy for more information.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.
Otherwise, the shipping charge will be:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we currently cover only the United States. 

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your order.

Return and Refund

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at  pridepurpose392@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Your refund will be processed and sent to your payment method within 10 business days after accepting the return.

Q: Do you charge any restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fee on our products.

Exchange & Cancellation

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your request. You will need to return the original item first, and once we receive it, we will send out the new item you requested.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Otherwise, you must follow the return process.
